Supermodel Lisa Snowdon was born in 1972, on January 23rd. Famous for her modeling, her acting, and television appearances, Lisa Snowdon is no stranger to stardom. A native of Welwyn Garden City in England, Lisa Snowdon has two siblings, both girls, and her parents are Nigel and Lydia Snowdon. Lisa began her studies, during her teens, in the Italia Conti School of Performing Arts in London and has associated and developed a long friendship with the famous supermodel Naomi Campbell. At the academy, Lisa Snowdon took up the task of studying both acting and the fine art of dance. When Lisa Snowdon was just seventeen years old her parents separated. Believe it or not, during that time, Lisa maintained a job working as a waitress. This five foot ten inch tall brunette has lived a fascinating and rewarding life, and her careers as a model and spokesperson continues to thrive and expand.
When Lisa Snowdon worked as a dancer in a nightclub at 19 years of age, she was discovered by a talent agent from Premier Model Management. Soon after she had a modeling contract, and was later to appear on the covers of Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Elle, and Vogue. Snowdon was also taken on under contract for Gucci, and Lynx. Fans of this supermodel may have spotted her in commercials for Dove, as well as Mercedes-Benz and Kellogg's cereal. Today, Lisa Snowdon is readily recognized as one of the leading supermodels in Britain and her name is internationally recognized as well. Snowdon remains a heavy duty multi-tasker as she continues to model, and work for the television advertising and spokesperson industries.
In the late 1990s, Lisa Snowdon created the Spell It Out album which did not fare as well as her modeling career was fairing. She then moved into the industry of television and appeared on VH1, Britain's Next Top Model, and the BBC's Sunday Morning "Something for the Weekend." The Next Top Model show that Snowdon participates in is actually working on its fourth series at this time. In the meantime, this supermodel has been actively engaged in charitable work, and acts as a representative for Breast Cancer Charity benefits and events. Currently residing in Epping Forest, Lisa Snowdon had a long term and intimate relationship with George Clooney. Snowdon has also made a return to modeling endeavors for Avon where she dons on intimates and apparel for the leading fashion/cosmetic company.
